Challenge:

The Company’s Safety Program was largely manual and fragmented
Based on OSHA and other regulatory requirements, a manual process could not meet the stated timelines and accurate reporting needs
The Company was looking for an automated means to collect, distribute, notify and alert with a full audit trail of all Safety related activities on a global basis

Solution:

Safety training attendance was tracked and collated. Non-attendance issues were flagged to appropriate authorities for remediation.
HR and Regulatory data was collated for regulatory reporting.
Digitally signed acknowledgements of Health, Safety and Security documents for both employees and contractors with team level reports generated.
Regulatory Compliance (OSHA) monitoring, tracking and proactive alert workflows created at team and enterprise level.
Workflows with alerts and notifications of accidents, injuries, etc. to first responders with reporting to supervisors and managers.
Incident Reporting was tracked and alerted providing recordable incidents, timely reporting, lost work hours and documentation.
Odyssey pulled required information from other systems (HRIS, Attendance, etc.) documenting all phases for evaluation and scoring of Reportable Incidents
Data collected from Access Control Devices to buildings, facilities, lab and refineries.
Integration of process and data flows from/to O&G terminals and ERP systems.
