Job Postings
A customer that employed a large employee and contractor base needed to streamline the job posting process. A workflow was created that templated the job postings format, managed the data, and posted the position to multiple sites.
The Recruiter opened a form with templates for categories of positions, then would select the appropriate template from a drop-down list, and then would fill in details specific to that position (such as work location, or specific work duties in addition to the standard duties). The Recruiter could save the work-in-progress at any time.
When the Recruiter was finished customizing the position, the Recruiter could Preview the generic version of the job posting. If the Recruiter was satisfied with the information, the Recruiter clicked the Post button.
The system posted the job to a number of different sites. The workflow made the adjustments for mapping the data in the job posting to the specific fields used in each of the job sites. While posting, the system picked up the unique posting identifier for each post so it could later be retracted or edited.
